THIS CITIONLINE REMIT IS A SURE ROAD TO FRAUD AND IDENTITY THEFT. DO NOT..I STRESS ….DO NOT GO ANY WHERE NEAR THIS SERVICE.
I AM TALKING THRU EXPERIENCE-
MY CITIBANK ACCOUNT WAS HACKED BY SOME EMPLOYEE OF THIS CITIONLINE REMIT OFFICE. THEY CHANGED MY ADDRESS, CANCELLED THE DEBIT CARD I HAD, AND THEN GOT A NEW DEBIT CARD ISSUED, TO BE SENT TO THE NEW CHANGED ADDRESS.
THIS IS NOT THE END- HEAR FURTHER.
MY HOTMAIL ACCOUNT WAS HACKED. MY PASSWORD CHANGED, AND PROBABLY THE SAME EXTRA SMART EMPLOYEE, SENT A DIRTY EMAIL (SENT VIAGRA INFO, AND TITLED IT ‘NICE PRESENT’) TO ALL MY CONTACTS IN MY HOTMAIL.

U CAN IMAGINE WHAT I AM GOING THRU. I HAVE TO CLOSE MY CHECKING ACCOUNT WHICH I HAD FOR 8 YEARS. AND SET UP ALL THE RECURRING PAYMENTS.
AND WITH MY HOTMAIL ACCOUNT THAT’S ANOTHER STORY.

THEY SHUD CLOSE THIS CORRUPT, FRAUDULENT CITIONLINEREMIT SERVICE!

Citi Remit customer service sucks! the representatives I spoke to are arrogant, ignorant and would not listen to you. They did not have a clue about what they are saying. Their website is really insecure as well. Even after I logout, I can get in without logging back in. This is the first and last time I am availing their services. I will nto recommend using this service.

This is worst bank I ever seen in my life time, poor customer service. They wire transfer facility is horrible, they say it’s free service, but you get very low conversion rate. web site is also another scrap, called several times customer service, they advised to install internet explorer 5.* version. Brothel sites more better than this banking site. I have loan in Citibank India and need to make correction in the loan papers, Contacted branch managers several times and communicated over emails, but no luck. Service is horrible.
